| ALL of age attendees of either TheRoc Health And Fitness Bootcamp Classes, Personal Training Clients, Private Group Sessions, Athlete Development, MUST provide proof & a paper copy BY OR ON September/22/ 2021 of either:Double Vaccination Receipt + 14 daysDoctors/Specialists Note Indicating Your Are Medically Exempt From The Vaccination OR Legal Documentation Indicating The Vaccination Goes Against Your Religion/Beliefs. With out 1 of these paper documents ON OR BY September/22/21 – You Will Not Be Able To Attend Your Sessions & I Will Unfortunately Have To Have You Leave The Premises Until Proof & Documentation Can Be Provided. Failure To Attend A Session Without Proof of Documentation & A Bylaw Officer Were To Come By, The Attendee Would Be Subject to a $700.00 Minimum Fine + Court Date, & Business Would Be Subject to a $1000.00 Minimum Fine + Court Date. |
| MORE INFORMATION: CLIENTELE THAT HAVE BEEN DOUBLE VACCINATED + 14 DAYS AFTER SECOND VACCINATION: can keep attending classes & private sessions regularly as long as you provide TheRoc Health & Fitness with a Paper Copy Of 1 of the 3 options listed above. CLIENTELE THAT HAVE BEEN VACCINATED ONCE: Must Be Vaccinated a second time + 14 days on top of the second vaccination. If you have had a allergic reaction to the Vaccine and cant get the second dose, TheRoc Health And Fitness will need a note from your doctor or specialist indicating you are not eligible for your second dose. In either scenario, a paper copy is mandatory before resuming classes. Bootcamp clientele not eligible for return to Bootcamp until after second dose can choose to Hold Membership for $25.00+tax OR Maintain Membership dues & attend online classes. CLIENTS WITH LEGAL DOCUMENTS: If The Vaccination goes against your beliefs or religion, YOU MUST PROVIDE PAPER COPIES OF LEGAL DOCUMENTATION DIRECTLY FROM YOUR LAWYER before you resume your sessions or classes.
